ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND INSPECTION OF YOUR ORDER

We will notify you via email once your order has been placed. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Upon receipt of your order please inspect the products to ensure everything specified on the delivery note is included. If there is a problem with the order you must make contact with us within 48 hours of receipt.

You can cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

VOUCHER CODES

Padel Cornwall voucher codes can only be redeemed at www.padelcornwall.com

Only one voucher code can be used per transaction, codes will expire after a single use. Once the expiry date has passed the code will expire. No credit or cash will be exchanged.

Site-wide offers and promotions cannot be applied to events unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Due to the nature of our events, if you are unable to attend, refunds are available at the discretion of Padel Cornwall. Please email info@padelcornwall.com as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
