About Tom
"Padel Cornwall is my ideal weekend, bottled."
Three nights of padel, surf and beach tennis in Cornwall – and I’ll be your host.
I split my time between the north Cornish coast and Spain, and most of my favourite days are some version of: wake up, great coffee, play padel, get in the sea, eat something good, repeat.
The new Padel Cornwall Weekender started as a simple idea: what if you could wrap that kind of weekend into something other people could just turn up to?
No faff, no endless WhatsApp threads, no “who’s booking what?” – just a small group of people who love padel and the outdoors, with the courts, coaches, surf lesson and campsite already lined up.
I’m no pro coach ... but I am the organiser, host and slightly-too-into-the-details friend who makes sure things actually happen.
I run a digital agency and spend as much of my time as possible in Cornwall and Spain, surfing, playing padel and working from wherever I can find Wi-Fi.
I like small groups, good chat, and that feeling you get after a day of moving, laughing and being outside, when you’re tired in a good way.
The Padel Cornwall Weekender is basically me bottling that feeling and inviting you along.
Last summer we ran lots of Padel Cornwall socials and they were great, but I felt like something was missing.
There are loads of ways to play the odd match. There aren’t many ways to:
We’ll still be organising socials - the Weekender is just the ‘big one’ for 2026.
I wanted something that felt like a trip with friends, but with the boring logistics handled and the safety net of proper clubs, coaches and surf instructors behind it.
